MEMPS + is outr program of support for human and environmental development. We act in different projects and actions in 4 fields: Education, Housing, Leisure, Culture and Environment.

ADULTS LITTERACY
We value the learning o four employees and local community because education open doors and build endless bridges. IN a partnership with SESI-MA, we literate more than 200 adults and teens, contributing for capacitation, personal growth and creating new professional opportunities.
HOUSING FOR EMPLOYEES
We built and made 9 houses available for employees who arrived in our company in a vulnerable situation, supporting them to reach economic-financial-balance and can make the dream of having their own house come true.
VILA ESPERANÇA MUNICIPAL SCHOOL
We made available, for free, the structure of our former building for the Vila Esperança Municipal School. This way, school activities for Elementary School can happen in a safe and pleasant environment for children in the community. We contribute for the education of 900 children.

Our projects and Leisure and Culture actions increase the options and promote the well-being of local communities. We have built playgrounds at Vila Esperança, allowing kids to have access to leisure and enjoy their own neighborhood.
